The following provisions are applicable for all Goods that you purchased from The Business. By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below.
CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT
THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND THE BUSINESS. FOR ALL LEGAL, REGULATORY, AND CONTRACTUAL PURPOSES, THE BUSINESS, LLC, IS THE SOLE CONTRACTING ENTITY. YOU MUST REVIEW AND AGREE TO THIS DOCUMENT IN ITS ENTIRETY. BY ACCESSING AND USING THE PLATFORM, WEBSITE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
You acknowledge that this Agreement is a contract between you and The Business even though it is electronic and is not physically signed by you, and it governs your use of the Platform, Website, Products, or Services. By clicking ‘Subscribe’ or ‘I Accept,’ or electronically signing and/or by use of the Platform, Website, Products, or Services (in jurisdictions where it is lawful) you are providing express affirmative consent to (1) our Terms of Use and, (2) you provide your affirmative consent to the content of this Agreement and agree to conduct business and receive all legal and regulatory disclosures, notices, statements, and other communications (“Communications”) in electronic format. These are separate agreements. You may withdraw consent for automatic renewal at any time through your account settings. This consent applies to this specific transaction and all future interactions, agreements, and records related to your account or relationship with The Business. Further details and country-specific information regarding electronic signatures can be found in SECTION 15 of our TERMS of USE. User represents and agrees that User is over the age of 18. The Business does not permit those under 18 to use the Platform, Website, Products, or Services.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit statutory rights that cannot be waived under applicable local laws.
LANGUAGE OF AGREEMENT:
For residents of QUEBEC, CANADA: This is a contract of adhesion. The Business warrants and you acknowledge that you were first presented with the French version of this Agreement and all documents attesting to the existence of the contract, such as insurance certificates; documents whose attachment to the contract is required by law, such as reciliation or resolution forms; or documents that otherwise constitute ancillary or incorporated documents and all other related documents. You agree you were first presented with the French version of this Agreement with 'Markedly Predominant' visibility (equivalent legibility and prominence). You acknowledge that you have had a reasonable opportunity to examine the French version and, following such examination, you have expressly and voluntarily requested this Agreement and all documents attesting to the existence of the contract, such as insurance certificates; documents whose attachment to the contract is required by law, such as reciliation or resolution forms; or documents that otherwise constitute ancillary or incorporated documents and all related documents be executed in English. You hereby consent to invoices, receipts, and communications, be provided to you in English. The Business shall maintain proof of this compliant 'First Presentation' and the parity of the digital interface in accordance with Bill 96 and Law 25.
For residents of INDIA: Consent for the processing of your Personal Data is obtained via a standalone, itemized notice in accordance with Rule 3 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025. This notice—available in English and all 22 scheduled languages of India upon your selection. The 22 languages required are: Assamese, Bengali, Bodo, Dogri, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Kashmiri, Konkani, Maithili, Malayalam, Manipuri, Marathi, Nepali, Odia, Punjabi, Sanskrit, Santali, Sindhi, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu. This Agreement specifies (i) an itemized description of the personal data collected; (ii) the specific purposes for processing; and (iii) the goods or services enabled by such processing. You have the right to manage, review, or withdraw consent at any time through our integrated platform or via a registered Consent Manager as defined under Rule 4. Acceptance of this Agreement does not constitute consent for data processing unless the standalone itemized notice is also executed.
THIS AGREEMENT IS INCORPORATED IN OUR TERMS OF USE AND THEREFORE CONTAINS A CLASS ACTION WAIVER THAT WAIVES YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.
THIS AGREEMENT IS INCORPORATED IN OUR TERMS OF USE AND THEREFORE CONTAINS A JURY TRIAL WAIVER THAT WAIVES YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THIS AGREEMENT AND OUR POLICIES AND PRACTICES, YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO USE OUR PLATFORM, WEBSITE, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES. DO NOT USE OUR PLATFORM, WEBSITE, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.
1. BUSINESS TO BUSINESS POLICIES.
1.1. SHIPPING OF THIRD-PARTY GOODS
For Third Party Goods, we DO NOT control their shipping policies. Therefore, you will have to contact them about their shipping policies and your rights.
However, for all Goods sold on our Platform, regardless of whether they are manufactured by us or a third party, we remain your primary point of contact for fulfillment issues. We assume fallback liability for third-party sellers to the extent required by local law.
1.2. DOMESTIC BUSINESS CUSTOMER SHIPPING POLICY
- Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the Goods available to you and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a full refund.
- Shipment processing times. All Orders are typically processed within {# of Days} business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment processing may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment processing of your Order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping delivery estimates. Shipping charges for your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All times and dates given for delivery of the Goods are given in good faith but are estimates only.
- Shipping method – Postal: Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days
- Shipping method – Express Standard: Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days
- Shipping method – Express Two Days: Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days
- Shipping method – Express Overnight: Estimated delivery time: 1-2 business days
- Overnight delivery is only available for Orders with delivery addresses within the country The Business is located in. As The Business is in the United States, that means the continental United States only.
- Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii could add 2-3 days for delivery.
- Shipment of Hazardous Goods has limitations, and not all shipping methods are available. Additional time may be required for the shipment of Hazardous Goods. Contact us with questions at the contact information at the top of the page.
- Shipment of Oversized Goods has limitations, and not all shipping methods are available. Additional time may be required for the shipment of Hazardous Goods. Contact us with questions at the contact information at the top of the page.
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please note that we are NOT responsible for delivery delays due to severe weather, natural disasters, or strikes, or otherwise matters beyond our control. Shipping is subject to delay during holiday season, due to heavy volumes.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes
- We DO ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
- Shipment confirmation & order tracking. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
- Post-Shipment Delivery Modifications. Once your order has shipped, we no longer have the ability to re-route or adjust the delivery.
- Government Taxes & Charges. We are not responsible for any government taxes or fees related to the shipping of your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Responsibility for Goods in Transit. The Business accepts full responsibility for the condition and delivery of Goods until they reach your physical possession. If an Order is lost or arrives damaged:
- Do not contact the carrier; contact our customer support immediately.
- We will provide a repair, replacement, or full refund as required by your local consumer law.
- We do not require you to file third-party insurance claims to receive a remedy for transit damage.
- Insurance. Parcels are insured for loss and damage only up to the value as stated by the courier.

1.3. INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS CUSTOMER SHIPPING POLICY
By placing an order on our Website, all international customers additionally agree to the below terms.
International Orders.
- Most of the Goods that we carry are available for international shipping.
- Orders are considered international when a shipment is sent to an address outside the country where The Business is located. For the United States this means outside the 50 States and the District of Columbia.
- Orders are also considered international when the billing address for the credit card used to pay for the order is an address outside the country where The Business is located.
- International Shipping Rates. International shipping costs are calculated by our website system. It is common that specific country logistics require that we contact you to confirm your shipping arrangements, and final costs may differ.
No Returns of International Shipments.
- International orders are non-refundable and all sales are final.
- We do not ship to any country that is on a list of countries sanctioned or embargoed by our government for either physical goods, digital goods or software.
- UK and EU, Our Shipping Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Order Shipping.
- When your order is placed, we will contact you via email within three (3) business days with the final shipping estimate for your order. You will be notified of the final shipping cost before your order is processed, and this may result in an additional charge or a refund to the amount you previously paid. We will not ship an order internationally without your prior approval and payment of the final shipping charges.
- International orders are shipped only when all ordered items are in stock to eliminate a second shipping charge.

- International Orders may take 4-6 weeks to arrive due to local customs and shipping processes.
For EU and UK: If we are shipping to the UK or an EU country, our Shipping Policy does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order.
- If your order is refused by you or for any other reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges to our warehouse.
- Shipment confirmation & Order tracking. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
- Post-Shipment Delivery Modifications. Once your order has shipped we no longer have the ability to re-route or adjust the delivery.
- International Shipping Disclaimer. You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand and cannot give you an estimate of the cost – charges vary around the world. As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. Your full responsibility is to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country before placing your order. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs and will be billed for any return shipment costs.

Order Payment.
- Orders with a total value (including shipping) less than {$ Amount} may be paid by credit card.
- Orders with a total value (including shipping) exceeding {$ Amount} are required to pay via TTF/wire transfer prior to shipment.
- Due to the daily fluctuation in exchange rates, all price quotes will be given in U.S. dollars only.
- International Duties and Taxes. While we manage the logistics of delivery, the buyer remains responsible for local VAT, tariffs, and customs fees. We recommend customers consult their local customs office to avoid surprise charges.
- Hazardous Goods. All Hazardous Goods are shipped in strict accordance with the CCPSA and international safety standards. We provide mandatory safety warnings and usage instructions in the local language of the destination country where required.
- Oversize Goods. We DO NOT ship Oversize Goods internationally.
- Post-Order Payment and Charges. Although goods are shipped, duties and taxes collected, it is possible that the shipping company may bill us for customs, duties, taxes, broker fees. If this occurs, all international customers agree that we may bill the customer and charge their credit card on file for all such charges without advance notice to or authorization from the customer. By placing an order on our Website all international customers agree to this potential charge.
YOU HAVE ALL YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy should be construed to be intended to deprive consumers of their rights, and to the extent any provision herein conflicts with your legal rights in your jurisdiction, the law controls.
IF YOU BELIEVE YOU HAVE RIGHTS AND PROTECTIONS GREATER THAN WHAT IS PROVIDED HERE, PLEASE CONTACT US AND DESCRIBE WHAT YOU BELIEVE THOSE RIGHTS ARE. IF POSSIBLE, PLEASE PROVIDE A COPY OF THE LAW THAT PURPORTS TO GIVE YOU THOSE RIGHTS. WE WILL REVIEW YOUR ISSUE, AND IF WE AGREE WE WILL GLADLY PROVIDE THOSE RIGHTS TO YOU.
2. CONSUMER POLICIES.
Many of our policies are the same for consumers. However, most countries’ consumer protection laws require some minor adjustments.
2.1. SUMMARY OF OUR CONSUMER POLICES.
These may be modified by our actual policies below, but any modification will be more favorable to the consumer. By placing an order, you agree that The Business is responsible for the delivery of your Goods in acceptable condition.
- Transit Risk: We do not pass the risk of loss to you until you have physical possession of the Goods. We will resolve all carrier disputes on your behalf.
- Delivery Windows: We adhere to a 30-day default delivery window globally. If we exceed this, you may cancel for a full refund. US customers will receive Delay Option Notices in compliance applicable law.
- Consumer Guarantees: Our Goods come with non-excludable guarantees under the ACL (Australia) and CGA (New Zealand). We do not charge restocking fees or limit your rights to the courier's insurance value.
- Transparency: We provide a Grievance Officer for India, French language support for Quebec, and extended cancellation windows for Israeli seniors.
- No Final Sales: We do not recognize 'final sale' terms for international consumer orders where local law mandates a right of withdrawal or return.

2.4. INTERNATIONAL CONSUMER SHIPPING POLICY

- CANADA – QUEBEC ONLY. In accordance with the Consumer Packaging and Labelling Act, all Goods will be labelled with bilingual descriptions (English and French) where required by law.
- Orders are considered international when a shipment is sent to an address outside the country where The Business is located. For the United States this means outside the 50 States and the District of Columbia.
- Orders are also considered international when the billing address for the credit card used to pay for the order is an address outside the country where The Business is located.
- We do not ship to any country that is on a list of countries sanctioned or embargoed by our government for either physical goods, digital goods or software.
- INDIA. We do not use 'pre-ticked checkboxes' for consent; all charges, including delivery and handling fees, are explicitly displayed for your affirmative consent prior to purchase. In the event of non-delivery by a seller on our platform will be responsible under ‘fallback liability.’
Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK/Israel). If you are a consumer in the EU, UK, or Israel, you possess a "cooling-off" period.
- Standard (EU, UK and Israel): 14 days from receipt to cancel and return Goods for a full refund, including standard shipping costs.
- Israel (Extended): Senior citizens and other protected groups in Israel have an extended 4-month window for cancellation of long-distance sales.
Shipment processing times.
- All Orders are processed to arrive within 30 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If there will be a delay in shipment processing of your Order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
- EU, UK and CANADA: If we are shipping to the UK, an EU country, or Canada our Shipping Policy does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order.
- CANADA. Canadian Consumer Notice: Residents of Canada are protected by provincial consumer protection legislation. If your Order is not delivered within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, you have the right to cancel the contract for a full refund.
- AUSTRALIA and NEW ZEALAND. Applicable law requires that all Goods are delivered within a reasonable time and arrive in acceptable condition. If your delivery is late, damaged, or lost, we will manage the claim with the carrier and provide you with a repair, replacement, or refund. You are not required to prove the cause of damage in transit to receive a remedy from us.
- International Shipping Rates. International shipping costs are calculated by our website system. It is common that specific country logistics require that we contact you to confirm your shipping arrangements, and final costs may differ.

Your full responsibility is to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country before placing your order. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs and will be billed for any return shipment costs.
Responsibility for Goods in Transit. The Business accepts full responsibility for the condition and delivery of Goods until they reach your physical possession. If an Order is lost or arrives damaged:
- Do not contact the carrier; contact our customer support immediately.
- We will provide a repair, replacement, or full refund as required by your local consumer law.
- We do not require you to file third-party insurance claims to receive a remedy for transit damage.
- Insurance. Parcels are insured for loss and damage only up to the value as stated by the courier.
- EU and UK. The Business accepts full responsibility for the condition of the Goods until they reach your physical possession. If your Order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately for a full refund or replacement.
- CANADA. The Business remains liable for any danger to human health or safety posed by our products as mandated by the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act (CCPSA).
- AUSTRALIA. Our Goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the Goods repaired or replaced if the Goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. We accept full responsibility for the Goods during transit; if your Order is lost or damaged before it reaches you, we will provide a remedy in accordance with the ACL. We do not charge restocking fees for the return of faulty items.
- INDIA. In compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we have appointed a Grievance Officer whose details are found in the table for Regional Contacts at the bottom of this page. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month. Each complaint will be issued a tracking ticket number. We will disclose the Country of Origin and importer details for all Goods on the respective product pages.
- ISRAEL. Under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, you may cancel a long-distance purchase within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Senior citizens, persons with disabilities, and new immigrants may cancel within four (4) months. If the cancellation is due to a defect or delivery delay, you will receive a full refund within 14 days of notice. For all other cancellations, a fee of 5% or NIS 100 (whichever is lower) may apply. - Returns and Refunds. See our REFUND POLICY for information. A link is also at the bottom of the page.
- EU and UK. If we are shipping to the UK or an EU country, our Shipping Policy does not affect your statutory rights. UK. For customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days of receiving your Goods without giving any reason. If you exercise this right, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the Goods unless they are faulty or do not match their description.
- AUSTRALIA. Our Goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the Goods repaired or replaced if the Goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. - NEW ZEALAND. If your delivery is late, damaged, or lost, we will manage the claim with the carrier and provide you with a repair, replacement, or refund. You are not required to prove the cause of damage in transit to receive a remedy from us.
- INDIA. If the vendor does not make you whole for lost, damaged, or goods not delivered, The Business assumes fallback liability to ensure you are made whole.
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please note that we are NOT responsible for delivery delays due to severe weather, natural disasters, or strikes, or otherwise due to matters we don’t control. Shipping is subject to delay during holiday season, due to heavy volumes.
Order Payment.
- Orders with a total value (including shipping) less than {$ Amount} may be paid by credit card.
- Orders with a total value (including shipping) exceeding {$ Amount} are required to pay via TTF/wire transfer prior to shipment.
- Due to the daily fluctuation in exchange rates, all price quotes will be given in U.S. dollars only.
- International Duties and Taxes. While we manage the logistics of delivery, the buyer remains responsible for local VAT, tariffs, and customs fees. We recommend customers consult their local customs office to avoid surprise charges.
- Hazardous Goods. All Hazardous Goods are shipped in strict accordance with the CCPSA and international safety standards. We provide mandatory safety warnings and usage instructions in the local language of the destination country where required.
- Oversize Goods. We DO NOT ship Oversize Goods internationally.
- Post-Order Payment and Charges. Although goods are shipped duties and taxes collect, it is possible that the shipping company may bill us for customs, duties, taxes, broker fees. If this occurs, all international customers agree that we may bill the customer and charge their credit card on file for all such charges without advance notice to or authorization from the customer. By placing an order on our Website all international customers agree to this potential charge.

AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND. For all contract changes we will notify you of material changes and obtain your affirmative “click-to-accept” consent before such changes take effect. If a modification materially and detrimentally affects your rights, we will provide you with at least 30 days’ prior notice via email. If you do not agree to the modification, you have the right to terminate this Agreement and your subscription immediately without penalty and receive a pro-rata refund for the remainder of your term.

This Agreement can be amended in two ways:
- Completely Rewritten: The Agreement can be completely rewritten and placed on the Website. You will be notified and requested to accept the complete rewrite Amendments as described in SECTION 3.4.

Amendments
